Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE), also known as polyester rubber, is a kind of linear block copolymer containing PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) polyester hard segment

Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE), also known as polyester rubber, is a kind of linear block copolymer containing PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) polyester hard segment and aliphatic polyester or polyether soft segment. TPEE is a new type of thermoplastic elastomer with excellent elasticity of rubber and easy processability of thermoplastic, adjustable hardness and soft, free design.

Compared with rubber, thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) has better processability and longer service life; Compared with engineering plastics, it also has the characteristics of high strength, better flexibility and dynamic mechanical properties. For most applications, TPEE can be used directly. If there are special requirements, corresponding additives can be added to meet the requirements.

The characteristics of TPEE are:

1. Excellent bending fatigue resistance

2. Excellent transient high temperature performance

3. Excellent impact resistance, especially at low temperature (- 40 ℃)

4. Good tear resistance and wear resistance

5. Excellent chemical resistance and weather resistance

6. Excellent electrical performance

7. Excellent charge tolerance

8. Excellent adhesion with ABS, PBT, PC and other materials

9. Excellent adhesion with paint, glue and metal

10. The processing is diversified and easy to process, with good melting fluidity, stable melting state, low shrinkage and fast crystallization speed.

Because TPEE has outstanding mechanical strength, excellent resilience, wid
